Band 9-9.30pm .
damn tired.
body ache !!! Ran 10rounds parade aquare . SA and majors double -.-
nvm going change rule liao .
one person late , the band all run one round .
if two person late , then band run two rounds . :)

My two front teeths also want fly out liao . sibei pain . shit.
